Major Northeastern Utility
LGV supported the development and execution of a company-wide tabletop exercise (TTX) for a large Northeastern utility. The comprehensive exercise featured multiple moves and injects that tested the utility’s Corporate Emergency Response Center’s and Network Operations Center’s ability to respond to a cyber attack and a series of physical attacks. LGV developed key elements of the attack scenario to test whether the utility could respond to a series of cascading events and continue to provide services to their customer base over an extended period of time.

Fortune 100 Global Manufacturing and Chemical Company
LGV develops and facilitates the annual corporate TTX for a Fortune 100 global manufacturing and chemical company. The exercises have tested the company’s emergency response plan across all divisions, specifically targeting internal and external communications and brand and reputation management, as well as testing, in the most recent exercise, the company’s response to a cyber incident. For each exercise, LGV develops and presents the after-action report to the chemical and manufacturing company’s corporate leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and proposed corrective actions for the company to implement.
